Dr. Patrick Tinguely

Short Bio

Patrick is a Senior Researcher and Lecturer at the Chair of Strategic Management and Innovation of ETH Zurich, and the Academic Director of the Strategy and Artificial Intelligence Lab (SAIL), which is affiliated to the ETH AI Center. His research examines how digital technologies shape organizational design and employee behavior. Over the past decade, Patrick has developed extensive experience in research, teaching (ETH, HSG, HEC, EPFL), and consulting. He is a frequent invited keynote speaker at professional events and conferences, bridging academic research and managerial practice.

As part of his broader professional engagement, Patrick served on the Sino-Swiss Delegation on AI & Ethics in China. He also held a Management Board position at the external page IVE (Institute for Value-based Enterprise) and is a founding member of external page SABER (Study Association Behavioural Economics Rotterdam).
