Ramona Beck receives MAS ETH MTEC Excellence Award 2025
We are happy to announce that Ramona Beck has been awarded the MAS ETH MTEC Excellence Award 2025 by the Department of Management, Technology, and Economics at ETH Zürich. This distinction honors the two best graduates of the academic year for exceptional performance and dedication.
Ramona completed her thesis under the guidance of Prof. Georg von Krogh, Dr. Savindu Herath and Rudolf Maculan. Her thesis is titled “A Study on the Impact of AI Coding Assistants on Developer Experience".

Highlights of Build2Gether Achievements
Since it’s founding in 2023, Build2Gether has raised over $300,000 to fuel its mission to advance AI, strategy, and innovation research while driving tangible social impact. Build2Gether is led by its founder Cyrille Grumbach and academic heads Georg von Krogh (ETH Zurich), Jackie Lane (Harvard Business School), and Chan Park (NTU Singapore).
