Theresa Bandtel

SHORT BIO

Theresa is a research associate and doctoral student at the Chair of Strategic Management and Innovation at ETH Zurich, focusing in her research on the impact of AI on innovation. She holds a Double Master of Science Degree in Management from Bocconi University and International Business from HEC Montreal, along with Bachelor degrees in International Cultural and Business Studies (BA) and Business Administration and Economics (BSc) from the University of Passau. Before joining ETH Zurich, Theresa worked as a consultant at Bain & Company, where she advised clients across the automotive, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and retail sectors. Her project portfolio included strategic initiatives such as merger integrations, business transformations, sustainability strategies, e-commerce development, supplier strategy optimization, business line diversification, and data-driven analytical transformations.
