Ms. Apurva Maduskar, our recent MTEC MAS graduate, has been recognized with the "MAS Excellence Award 2018", for her outstanding master studies.

external pagecall_madeIn her MAS thesis, Ms. Maduskar developed a theoretical model of knowledge integration among agile teams based on in-depth interviews with agile team members. She contrasted it with the knowledge integration practices in open source communities.
Ms. Maduskar received MAS Excellence award 2018 for her outstanding masters studies. Ms. Maduskar wrote her master thesis at the Chair of Strategic Management and Innovation, with Prof. Georg von Krogh as the responsible tutor and Mr. Yash Raj Shrestha as her mentor.
