The Strategy and Artificial Intelligence Lab (SAIL) at SMI is delighted to announce the start of a research collaboration with UBS on " Artificial Intelligence and People Analytics ". In this joint project, we aim to advance understanding of how organizations can integrate fast, accurate and low-cost predictions provided by AI into strategic functions to support decision making, enhance productivity, reduce coordination costs, and improve knowledge sharing.

Vaibhav Krishna successfully defended his doctoral thesis titled: Unfolding the dynamics of knowledge sharing and sensemaking on digital platforms using machine learning.

CEO of PwC Switzerland Andreas Staubli delivered a guest lecture on "Strategy Execution and Strategic Change" in our core course "Strategic Management" for both MSc and MAS students.

Claudio's excellent academic performance and his thesis conducted at SMI was recognized with the MAS Excellence Award at MTEC Day 2022. 

Founder and President of HOPR Dr. Sebastian Buergel delivered a guest lecture on "Blockchain industry and the implications of the ethereum merge" in our core course "Industry and Competitive Analysis" for both MSc and MAS students.
