Research Collaboration with UBS on Artificial Intelligence and People Analytics

The Strategy and Artificial Intelligence Lab (SAIL) at SMI is delighted to announce the start of a research collaboration with UBS on " Artificial Intelligence and People Analytics ". In this joint project, we aim to advance understanding of how organizations can integrate fast, accurate and low-cost predictions provided by AI into strategic functions to support decision making, enhance productivity, reduce coordination costs, and improve knowledge sharing.
